With over 40 years of experience in dentistry, I bring a deep commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.
I qualified from the London Hospital Medical College Dental School – now The Royal London Dental Hospital, where I laid the foundation for a long and fulfilling career in both public and private dental care.
The first two to three years of my dental career were spent in the community dental service, working primarily with children but also providing care for adults in various settings. This experience not only strengthened my clinical skills but also deepened my understanding of the importance of empathy, patience, and communication in dentistry.
Following this, I transitioned into general dental practice, becoming a practice owner, and provided comprehensive care across all aspects of general dentistry, from preventive care for both children and adults to more complex restorative procedures, including, but not limited to, cosmetic work, implant and attachment dentures, and restoration of implants. I have always aimed to deliver high-quality, ethical, and patient-focused treatment.
I was a member of Women in Dentistry, an organisation that supported a wide range of issues, including the provision of adequate maternity support for female dentists. I have been a long-standing and engaged member of the British Dental Association, serving for many years as the Benevolent Fund representative and later as Chair of the Bromley and Beckenham branch.
Over the decades, I have built long-standing relationships with generations of patients and take great pride in creating a welcoming, reassuring environment. My goal has always been to ensure that every patient feels heard, respected, and confident in their care, with a focus on kindness and gentleness during all treatment procedures. Outside of dentistry, my interests include music, such as playing the piano, art, history, literature, cooking, gardening, travel, and staying fit.
